  • MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

  • WHEN CAN I SIGN UP?

    You can sign up at any time with our front desk team. you must signup for your membership before appointment checkout time to receive your new membership price. 

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO SIGN UP?

    You must have a credit card to place on file. This card will be charged every month for your membership. You will also sign our membership agreement. 

  • CAN I CANCEL?

    Memberships run for a full year after signing up. After the 12-month period, you can cancel your membership by emailing frontdesk@anthonyjohnsdayspa.com.  Membership fees already billed will not be refunded. If you decide to cancel your membership before the 12-month period expires, you will have to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to two months of your membership. This fee does not go towards service or membership payments.

  • CAN I COME MORE THAN ONCE A MONTH?

    Your membership covers one service per month. You can book a second service and  pay the discounted membership price out-of-pocket.

  • MISSED PAYMENTS

    Three missed payments will result in a cancellation of your membership. In order to reactivate your membership, you will need to pay all past-due balances in full. Management holds the right to refuse membership reactivation.

  • CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE USE IT?

    No, memberships and membership prices cannot be transferred, even to friends or family.

  • I CAN'T MAKE MY SERVICE THIS MONTH; WILL IT ROLL OVER

    No, memberships are a "use it or lose it" scenario. Memberships can be frozen for up to 90 days once per year. 

  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY CARD INFORMATION?

    Contact our front desk team to update or change your credit card information. If you missed a payment, we will manually charge you the day you come in for your appointment.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE NOT USED MY MEMBERSHIP SERVICE THIS MONTH?

    We will make our best attempt to fit you in for an appointment, but we highly recommend booking your next appointment(s) when you leave your current appointment. If the spa has to cancel your appointment, we will remedy the situation.
